太陽能熱水工程排氣孔漏水原因分析

在儲水箱的頂端安裝的是上排氣管,上排氣管一般由排氣帽、防塵圈和密封圈組成,在太陽能熱水工程安裝使用半年左右時(shí)間后,防塵圈會出現(xiàn)老化現(xiàn)象。這樣,當(dāng)儲水箱里面的水蒸氣從水箱中排出時(shí),遇到外邊的冷空氣就會變成水珠,順排氣管下流通過防塵圈進(jìn)入水箱保溫層,同樣,在下雨天,雨水也會順著防塵圈進(jìn)入保溫層。當(dāng)保溫層內(nèi)的聚氨酯發(fā)泡材料吸水達(dá)到飽和時(shí),就會在水箱下端的某個縫隙出現(xiàn)漏水現(xiàn)象。濟(jì)南太陽能配件給我們總結(jié)了一下,出現(xiàn)這種情況的一般原因有:

1、因自來水水壓過大,上水過程中水會濺起,從而導(dǎo)致水箱內(nèi)的水還未滿就從排氣孔處流出。

解決方法:調(diào)整自來水壓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)水壓。

2、回水管路過長或不暢通,導(dǎo)致水滿后水不能及時(shí)的從回水管路中流出,實(shí)際水箱的水已滿,繼續(xù)上水就會從其它排氣孔處流出。

3、上水閥門或電磁閥未關(guān)緊,導(dǎo)致始終慢上水,水滿后就會從排氣孔處流出。

解決方法:關(guān)緊上水閥門或?qū)收喜考M(jìn)行維修。

另外,儲水箱在冬季嚴(yán)寒時(shí)也會因保溫層內(nèi)的聚氨酯發(fā)泡材料浸水結(jié)冰而出現(xiàn)儲水箱脹箱、外側(cè)蓋脫落等現(xiàn)象。這種儲水箱漏水現(xiàn)象為隱秘,一般不易被人發(fā)現(xiàn)和重視。造成該現(xiàn)象的主要原因是上排氣管與儲水箱外殼密封處的防塵圈使用壽命太短。
